VIBEX: Dare Clips (“the App”) is provided by EEXN Technologies, 1-94, Lalamkoduru, Rambilli Mandal, Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh, India – 531011. This policy explains what the App collects and how it is used.

1. Who can use VIBEX

VIBEX is for people aged 18 and over. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. No account, no sign-up

VIBEX does not ask you to create an account or log in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.

3. Information the App handles

• Video and audio clips: clips you record with the App’s camera and microphone. When you choose to share a clip, it is uploaded to our servers so the people you share it with can view it.
• Technical data: basic diagnostic information, such as device model, app version, and error logs, used to find and fix bugs.

4. Device permissions

• Camera and microphone: used only to record your dare clips.
• Vibration: used only for haptic feedback.

We do not access your contacts, precise location, or messages.

5. How we use information

We use it to run the App, process and share the clips you choose to share, keep the community safe by reviewing reported content, fix bugs, and meet legal duties.

6. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Clips and technical data are processed by infrastructure providers that host our servers (for example, Render). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

7. Security

Data sent between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Safety and reporting

Users can report clips that are inappropriate, and we remove content that breaks our rules. To report content outside the App, email us at the address below.

9. Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us to delete clips you uploaded. See the data deletion page. We process requests within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
